If you are already the owner of a registered domain,  and now need it to be hosted or parked on the Imagen servers please use this form.

In order to activate your domain this form must be accurately completed in full.  Please take the time to read the description of any field that you do not completely understand.  If this form is not correctly filled out we can not activate your domain.

The domain owner is the individual who owns the domain.  If the domain owner is a company, please enter the company name in the Last Name field.

Hosting Platform:  There are two platforms on which you can host your site: Unix and Windows.  Unless you absolutely need to use Front Page on your site choose Unix.  If in doubt choose Unix.

NOTE: A $50 setup fee will apply if a site needs to be moved from Unix to NT hosting (or vice-versa) after it is set up on the Imagen network.

Type of Access:  There are two different types of access which can be used to administer and update your domain, FTP or FrontPage.  FTP is the oldest and more difficult of the two, but you can access lots of information on its use and operation by clicking here.  Microsoft has caused a lot of confusion by bundling with Internet Explorer a free web editor called FrontPage Express.   This is not the same as FrontPage.  Only select FrontPage access if you have a full version of Microsoft FrontPage.  If you have FrontPage express or any other editor you must select FTP.
Hosting Platform/Type of Access:
Web Masters:    The username(s) of the individual(s) who will be administering and maintaining the domain.  If you will maintain your own domain this field will usually contain the same information as the Owner Username field from above.     Do not enter a full name or attempt to make up a new username.

Web Masters:

This field must contain the username of someone who uses Imagen as their ISP.
