FTP Client programs differ in functionality and interface, please use the program that
you are comfortable with. The information here is only a general guide and a basic
knowledge of the FTP process is assumed.
Two good FTP shareware programs commonly available are:
If you have not already done so, please arrange for the setup of your web site by
filling out the following out the "Web
Site Setup Request" form and specifying "FTP"
in the "Type of Access" field. If an FTP account has
already been established there is no need to complete the form.
Your FTP program will require the following information:
- Under "Host Name/Address" enter the domain name of your
web site. If you web site address is "www.imagenisp.com/test"
then you would enter "imagenisp.com."
- Under "User ID" enter your "username."
- Under "Password" enter your "password."
Our FTP server will automatically map you through to the proper location where your
html files reside.
