This service provides access to the Internet and an Email address for up to 2 months only.  (It is possible to later extend this service or convert to a permanent account)

Payment must be made in advance by credit card.

Any time spent online beyond 120 hours in one month will automatically be billed to the credit card at $1.00/hr .
